For most of the traffic infractions, we do not need a client to go to court with us, we can appear on behalf of the client. Moreover, for some courts (for example, the Nassau County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency) we can appear in court in advance of scheduled court appearance and negotiate a resolution of it without client’s presence. In addition, if you failed to show up in court on a scheduled date, we can appear on your behalf and negotiate a resolution of the matter without your presence.
